How to report unlawful content, copyright infringement, photos used without permission, fake profiles or suspected scams, and how we handle reports.
1. What you can report
- Profiles using your photo without permission or impersonating you;
- Photos or content infringing your copyright;
- Content showing anyone under 18;
- Nudity, sexual content, hate speech or violence;
- People or messages using the CastLyra name to ask for money, or suspected scams;
- Inappropriate behaviour by talent or a business.
2. How to report
Write to info@castlyra.com with the subject "Report" and include: the link to the page, the reason and an explanation, your name and contact details, and — for copyright claims — information showing you are the rights holder, plus a statement that the notice is made in good faith and is accurate.
This address is our single point of contact for users and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA); you can write in English or Turkish.
3. How we handle reports
Our team reviews each report, prioritising child-safety and fraud reports. Where necessary we remove content immediately and ask the person concerned for an explanation. We tell both the reporter and the uploader our decision and the reasons.
We may stop processing reports from people who repeatedly send manifestly unfounded notices. Where the law requires, we cooperate with the competent authorities.
4. Appeals
If your content was removed or your report was rejected, you can appeal with reasons to info@castlyra.com within 6 months of the decision. A team member other than the original decision-maker reviews the appeal. This does not affect your right to go to court.
