Talent Membership and Content Licence Agreement

1. Parties and subject

This agreement is made between the person who creates a talent account and submits an application ("Talent") and Oryvelon LLC ("CastLyra") when the application is submitted. It covers the review of the application, publication of the profile if approved, and the terms for content uploaded for that purpose.

It applies together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

2. Scope

• CastLyra's team reviews applications and publishes the profiles it approves. Approval is not guaranteed.
• CastLyra is not an employer, manager or exclusive agent; at this stage it does not sign contracts on the Talent's behalf, collect fees or take commission.
• Membership is non-exclusive: Talent may work with other agencies and platforms.
• CastLyra does not promise work or any level of income.

3. Talent representations

• You are 18 or older;
• The information you provide is accurate and current, and you will keep it updated;
• The photos you upload show you or your own work, and you have the necessary permission from the photographer, agency or other rights holders;
• Everyone else shown has given clear permission, and nobody under 18 appears in your photos;
• You will not upload nudity, sexual content, hate speech or unlawful content;
• You will not use filters or AI that significantly alter your face or body;
• You will follow the Community Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.

You are responsible for claims and losses brought against CastLyra because any of these statements is untrue.

4. Content licence

You keep all rights in your content. To review your application and, if approved, publish your profile, you grant CastLyra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-sublicensable permission to store, reproduce, technically adapt (resize, crop, compress, remove metadata) and display approved photos and texts on castlyra.com, and to let your profile page appear in search engines and link previews.

We will ask for your separate written consent before using your photos in CastLyra advertising or on our social media. We do not sell or license your photos to brands and do not use them to train AI models.

The permission ends when your profile is unpublished or your account is closed, and public copies are removed. We make reasonable efforts to have copies cached by search engines and third parties removed, but we do not control them.

5. Working with brands

If a brand wants to work with you, your contact details are shared only with your permission. Fees, dates, usage rights, on-set safety and all other terms are agreed directly between you and the brand. We recommend putting the agreement in writing.

Please report anyone who asks you for a fee, deposit, test-shoot charge or similar payment in return for work — CastLyra never asks for such payments.

6. Moderation and removal

If this agreement or the Community Guidelines are breached, information is false, or there is a complaint or safety concern, CastLyra may request changes, unpublish or suspend the profile, or close the account, and will tell you the decision with reasons.

You can ask us to unpublish your profile or delete your account at any time by writing to info@castlyra.com.

7. Term and termination

This agreement lasts while your account is open. Either party can end it at any time. On termination your data is deleted according to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

CastLyra's liability under this agreement is subject to the "Limitation of liability" section of the Terms of Use. CastLyra is not responsible for your agreements, payments or shoots with brands.
