The service
CastLyra helps brands discover reviewed talent. In this phase CastLyra does not handle bookings, contracts or payments between talent and businesses; any engagement is agreed directly between the parties.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a talent account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant CastLyra a licence to host, display and adapt (e.g. resize) approved content to operate the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
Review and moderation
We review applications manually and may approve, request changes, decline, suspend or remove profiles in line with our Guidelines. We tell you the reason for these decisions.
Fees
Applying and having a profile is free for talent.
Liability
CastLyra is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Oryvelon LLC is not liable for agreements, payments or disputes between talent and businesses, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. The service is operated by Oryvelon LLC (Delaware, USA). Contact: info@oryvelon.com.
