Terms of Use

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of castlyra.com and related services ("CastLyra", the "Service") between Oryvelon LLC (Delaware, United States) and you.

By using the Service you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. The Talent Membership and Content Licence Agreement (for talent) and the Business Terms (for brands and businesses) form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

CastLyra is an online showcase that lets brands discover talent profiles reviewed and approved one by one by our team.

At this stage CastLyra does not handle bookings, employment contracts, payments or collections between talent and businesses, does not act as an employer or agent, and does not guarantee work. Any collaboration is agreed directly between the parties and is their responsibility.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create a talent account or apply.
• The information you provide must be accurate, current and your own; accounts may not be created for someone else or under a false identity.
• Do not share your sign-in links or codes; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Anyone sending an enquiry for a business confirms they are authorised to represent it.

4. Fees

Applying, having a profile and sending a business enquiry are currently free. CastLyra never asks talent for fees, deposits or "admin charges" in return for work.

If we introduce a paid service, its price, scope and any right of withdrawal will be presented before purchase in pre-contract information and a separate agreement that meet distance-selling rules. Free use will not become paid without your explicit agreement.

5. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the photos, text and other content you upload; the permission you give CastLyra is set out in the Talent Agreement.

The CastLyra name, logo, design, software, texts and compiled database belong to Oryvelon or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Mood and promotional imagery on the site is licensed stock imagery and does not depict talent registered on CastLyra.

6. Prohibited use

The conduct listed in the Acceptable Use Policy is prohibited — in particular automated data collection (scraping), fake profiles, harassment, fraud, requests for adult content and attempts to bypass security measures.

7. Review, moderation and account closure

We review applications and profiles under the Community Guidelines. We may approve, request changes to, reject, unpublish or suspend a profile, or close an account. We tell you the decision and the reasons; you can appeal by writing to us.

You can close your account at any time by writing to info@castlyra.com.

8. Third-party links

Social and portfolio links on profiles belong to third parties. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of profile information, the suitability or reliability of any talent or business, or the outcome of any collaboration. Profile information is provided by users; our review is a reasonable pre-check, not an identity or background verification.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oryvelon is not liable for agreements, payments, events during shoots or disputes between talent and businesses, nor for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or reputation.

Oryvelon's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or, if none, USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights where you live.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Oryvelon against claims and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, the law or third-party rights (such as copyright or personality rights).

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will announce significant changes on the site or by e-mail a reasonable time before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction.

If you act as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules and competent courts of your country of residence remain unaffected — for example, consumers in Türkiye may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.

14. General

• If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• Not exercising a right does not mean we waive it.
• We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or successor, provided your protections are not reduced.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters or infrastructure outages.
• If the Turkish and English texts conflict, the Turkish text prevails for users in Türkiye.
