Terms for brands, agencies and businesses looking for talent through CastLyra.
1. Scope
These terms apply between Oryvelon LLC and brands, agencies and businesses ("Business") that browse profiles or send enquiries on CastLyra, and form part of the Terms of Use. The person sending an enquiry confirms they are authorised to represent the Business.
2. Service
A Business can browse approved profiles and send enquiries free of charge. Our team reads each enquiry and replies with suitable talent. At this stage CastLyra charges no fee or commission and is not a party to any agreement with talent.
3. Use of talent information
- Profile information and any contact details shared with the Business may be used only to evaluate and carry out the relevant collaboration.
- Information may not be sold, passed on, compiled into a database or used for marketing lists.
- Profile photos may not be used in advertising, campaigns or for any other purpose without the talent's separate written permission.
- Automated data collection (scraping, bots, browser extensions and the like) is prohibited.
- For personal data it receives, the Business is an independent controller and must comply with GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK and other applicable law.
4. Fair and safe work
- Talent may not be asked for fees, deposits or similar payments in return for work.
- No requests for nudity, sexual content, escort or similar services; CastLyra may not be used for adult-content projects.
- Fees, dates, deliverables, usage rights and durations must be agreed in writing before work starts.
- On-set safety, respectful conduct and compliance with employment rules (permits, insurance, tax) are the Business's responsibility.
5. Liability
CastLyra is not responsible for contracts, payments, performance or disputes between talent and the Business. The Business is responsible for claims and losses caused to CastLyra or talent by its breach of these terms. CastLyra may end the service if these terms are breached.
