- Talent controls what is public. Legal name, date of birth and contact details are never shown.
- Discovery should be based on work, skills and fit — never on scoring people's appearance.
- Applying is free. We never ask talent for fees.
- We welcome talent from Türkiye, the UK, Europe and the United States, starting with Istanbul, London, Paris, Milan and New York.
